Change or cancel your plan

How to cancel, what happens to your site and your export in the weeks afterwards, and the four things cancelling never touches.

On this page

Cancel by email. There is no retention flow to click through and no phone call to sit on.

How to cancel#

One message, and it takes effect when you send it.

  1. Email [email protected] and say you want to cancel.
  2. We confirm it in writing.
  3. That is the whole process.

What happens next#

Four things, in this order.

  • The period you paid for runs to its end. You are not cut off mid-month.
  • A 14-day grace window follows the end of that period before the hosted site goes dark.
  • Your export stays available for 30 days after the site goes dark.
  • Your export is free either way, cancelled or not.

What cancelling does not touch#

This is the important half.

  • A template you bought stays yours. The licence does not lapse.
  • A build you paid for stays yours, under the perpetual licence you got at handover.
  • Your domain stays yours, registered in your name at your registrar.
  • Your content and your data stay yours.

Changing plan instead#

Moving between Pro, Ultra and Max is not a cancellation.

  • Ask us and we move you.
  • Move up if you are buying a top-up most months.
  • Move down if the allowance is going unused. Nothing about the site changes either way.

Refunds#

The rules live where they can be relied on.

  • The short version is on the FAQ.
  • The binding version is the refunds and cancellation policy.
  • Australian Consumer Law, or the equivalent law where you live, sits over all of it.
