Before you buy
Do I actually own it?
Yes. You pay once, you download the source, and there is no subscription attached to it. One licence covers one live production website; if you need it on more than one site, the preview has 2 and 3 licence options.
Can I change the words and the colours?
224 labelled fields live in content/content.json, so changing a headline or a line of body copy never means hunting through a component. Page titles, meta descriptions and image alt text sit in the page files themselves. The type and colour system is written down in BRAND.md and brand-pairs.json, and both ship in the download.
The demo has a business name and prices in it. Are they real?
No, and that is deliberate. Havelock Chambers is an invented business so the build can be shown finished rather than half empty. Every invented name, price and review is listed in demo-manifest.json in your download, so nothing fictional reaches your live site by accident.
Where do I host it?
Anywhere that serves a static site. It is a standard Next.js project, so it deploys to Cloudflare Pages, Vercel, Netlify or your own server without changes.
What if I want it changed for me?
That is the other lane. A custom build starts from your business rather than a template - tell us what you need.
