Questions.
What it costs, what you own, how changes work, and what happens if you want your money back. If yours is not here, email us and a person answers.
Which should I get: a template, a custom build, or a plan?
- Template · US$249 to US$499, you get the source and you do the building.
- Custom build · from US$1,500 once, designed around your business and handed over finished.
- Plan · from US$39 a month, we host it and you edit by typing.
Only the plan renews.
What happens after I pay?
A template downloads the moment your payment settles, so the rest is down to you. A build starts with a brief, no discovery phase, because the quiz already priced the scope. Then your real site on a live preview, not a mockup, with two written change rounds in the price. Nothing goes public until you approve it, and an existing site keeps answering until then. Timing is agreed in writing before you pay.
Who actually builds it?
Our websites are AI built and human directed. How much hands on input a job gets varies from project to project.
What do I get when I buy a template?
Every source file: pages, images and words. It is a code project you install and build, so it needs Node and someone comfortable at a command line, not a drag and drop editor. Your download link is emailed as soon as the payment settles.
Can another business buy the same template?
Yes. The licence is non-exclusive and we will not pretend otherwise. Everything inside can change though: colours, type, sections, every word, and each piece of demo content is listed with its replacement. For a design nobody else can buy, take the custom build.
What are credits, and what if I run out?
One credit is one publish of a structural change to your live site. Text and photo edits are free and unlimited, and never touch your allowance. Pro, Ultra and Max include 30, 100 and 300 credits a month across every site on your account. Cancel any time. Run out and nothing breaks: ten more cost US$19, a one-off you click yourself, and we never top you up without asking. A failed publish is never charged. Your billing terms are confirmed at checkout, before you pay.
What is included: hosting and domains?
Hosting. On a plan, yes: hosting, SSL that renews itself, and Cloudflare’s network in front. A build includes the first two months. After that, start a plan or take the website anywhere else, and your export is free. A template is yours to host, as a standard Next.js project that runs anywhere that serves static files.
Domains. A build includes one domain for the first year, registered in your name from the start so it is yours to keep or move. That covers an ordinary .com, .com.au or .au at standard registration price; a premium or already-owned name is quoted separately. Renewal after the first year is yours, and domains covers bringing your own.
Can I pause or cancel?
Cancel by email. The month you paid for runs to its end and your export is free either way. Cancelling never touches what you own: on a build you keep a perpetual licence to run, host and change your site anywhere.
Do I own the site?
Your domain, content and data are yours throughout. On full payment for a build you get a perpetual licence to run, host and change it anywhere, or have anyone else change it. Our hosting setup, monitoring and build systems stay ours. A template is licensed rather than sold: change anything, but one licence covers one live site and you cannot resell it.
Can I edit it myself later?
On a plan, yes: type what you want in plain English, and every change is drafted, staged and revertible before it goes live. Without a plan you own the code, and an edit is a job for whoever looks after your site. If that is nobody, tell us before you buy.
Will Google find it?
A build ships the technical side done: titles and descriptions on every page, a sitemap, structured data, and your Google Business profile connected. AI answer engines are allowed to read it rather than blocked. A template ships the same titles, descriptions and sitemap in the code. Nobody can sell you a ranking.
Is my site secure?
Every template ships a security policy your visitor’s browser enforces: scripts can only load from your own domain and data can only be sent back to it, while styles, fonts, images and embeds may also load from any HTTPS source. Your pages cannot be loaded inside someone else’s. A website we host adds SSL that renews itself and no plugin marketplace, so there is no plugin layer to patch. A problem with the hosting itself is ours to sort out. If something broke because of a change you made, we quote the fix first.
What payment methods do you offer?
Card through Stripe, plus whatever wallet your device supports, so Apple Pay and Google Pay. In Australia a build can also be paid by PayID or bank transfer. Your card number goes to Stripe and never reaches our servers: we keep the order and the amount, not your card.
What if I do not like it, or want a refund?
On a build, say so in either change round and we fix it. Cancel before we start and you get back what you paid less anything already spent; cancel after we start and we keep a fair amount for the work done, and we tell you the figure and how we got to it. A template is final once you download it, and until you click through the screen your receipt links to we refund in full, no questions. A plan runs to the end of the month you paid for. Australian Consumer Law sits over all of it, and the refunds policy has the long version.
Who am I buying from?
noboringsites, an Australian business, ABN 45 675 551 783, registered for GST. Casper Xiao is the name on the work and the person who answers your email.
